Exchanges and Returns
We want you to absolutely love your purchase! That’s why we offer an exchange of style or size, or a store credit valid for 12 months.
Please note that our pieces are made-to-order just for you. Because of this—and as a very small, very new business—we're unable to offer refunds on made-to-order items.
Terms and Conditions of Exchanges
Once we receive your exchange, we will inspect it to ensure it meets exchange eligibility criteria. Please allow up to 5 working days for this. The exchange eligibility criteria includes:
- garment/s must be returned with 14 days of delivery
- garment/s must be unworn
- garment/s must not have been washed
- garment/s must have original tags attached
- garment/s must be free of marks, damage and odours, including make-up, body odour
- garment/s must be in original state and not have been altered or modified
- garment's must be carefully packed in original packaging.
If an item does not satisfy the quality inspection and meet all our return requirements, it will be returned to you.
If your return is accepted, we will contact you within 3 working days of receiving your parcel to organise your new order.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please be aware that customers requesting an exchange must wait for our next production run for the creation of their new garment. Please consult our production times.
A Matter of Sizing
Please consult our size guide carefully before placing your order, as well as the fit description on the product page. As a small business it would help us immensely if you did so! You're also welcome to contact us for additional sizing advice - support@bonkersboncoeur.com.
Conducting an Exchange
- To request an exchange, please email support@bonkersboncoeur.com with the subject line "Exchange", and your order number
- Please briefly specify the reason for requesting an exchange, and include any supporting documentation, such as photos, if applicable.
- You will receive details on how to return an item after your return request has been received.
- We highly recommend using a tracked service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit. Be sure to hold on to your postage receipt and tracking number.
