What's the meaning of Bonkers Bon Coeur?
Bonkers means mad, bon coeur means good heart (in French!). As well as being an almost-homonym, being a bonkers and having a 'bon coeur' can often simply be two sides of the same coin.
Why made-to-order?
Our clothes are made on a pre-order basis, meaning we only produce what is wanted. By doing so we avoid wasting resources (which is in the interest of both the environment and our very small business!).
Where are your clothes made?
All of our clothes are locally made in London. By keeping production local, we reduce our carbon footprint and ensure high-quality craftsmanship.
What kind of materials do you use?
Our first collection uses single blend OEKO-TEX certified cotton as single blend fabrics can be recycled and the OEKO-TEX certification ensures that your garments are free of over 1000 substances that are harmful to both individuals and the planet. For future collections we will continue to prioritise using natural fibres and sustainable materials.
Do you offer alterations?
Right now, no. Down the track, we hope so! You can join our mailing list to stay up to date.
What sizes do you offer?
We're starting with five sizes, XS to XL, with hopes of expanding as the brand grows. Inclusivity is incredibly important to me, and I want to create pieces that celebrate all shapes and sizes. However, grading garments (the process of developing different sizes) is a significant investment. As a small business, I have to be mindful of sustainability in every sense—creatively, ethically, and financially. But as we grow, so will our size range!

How long until I receive my order?
It generally takes 3-5 weeks to create your garment (sooner if we can manage!), and then a further 2-4 business days for shipping within the UK, or a further 1-4 weeks for international shipping.
Do you refund or exchange?
Before you place an order we ask that you consult the sizing chart with attention! As a small business it would really help us. You can email us for sizing advice, too, at support@bonkersboncoeur.com.
We offer exchanges for another size or style, but given the made-to-order nature of this very small business, we do not currently offer refunds. More information about returns can be found here.
How can I keep track of where my order is?
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your order directly on the courier's website.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist you!
